I loved staying at Hotel Belleclaire on my recent trip to NYC. From the beautiful historic building and the incredible location to my spacious and bright room - I genuinely enjoyed staying here and am excited to return on any of my future trips to the city

Posizione ottima ,2 min dalla metro ,tutti i servizi vicino. Anche a piedi si può raggiungere central park . Colazione con voucher da 10$ da consumare nella bakery accanto l’ingresso ma prezzi ovviamente folli ! Camera piccola ma con buon affaccio ,priva di servizi tranne un piccolo phon. La pulizia delle camere discreta, alcuni giorni senza motivo non è stata pulita e rifatta la stanza .

I frequently mention quality customer service is a thing of the past, but I was proven wrong at Hotel Belleclaire. My family and I had an amazing experience while lodging in the city for my birthday, and the service provided by Shanis (or Shanice/Shanise — apologies for not remembering the correct spelling of the name) left us mesmerized. Shanis was extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. This was my first time at Hotel Belleclaire but it certainly won't be the last all because of the 5-star treatment we received.

The room was pleasant and clean. good location. Upon my arrival, however, the concierge was very rude checking me in. He tried to say that I wasn't able to stay there, and gave me and my sister a very hard time getting checked in, whilst being rude and demeaning. This dampened my experience. That being said, I kept to myself for the rest of my stay and enjoyed the room.
