Though my stay was very short I really loved Hotel Belleclaire! Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean! The bar in the lobby had the best croissants ever! If I travel back to NY this will definitely be were I stay!

We had a lovely time here. Staff were very pleasant, & location is first class - plenty of eateries nearby and Marshalls and Barnes & Noble close. Subway 2 blocks away. Room (double double) was good size and fairly modern decor. First place I've stayed with NO in-room tea & coffee though... Slight trauma one morning when the cistern wouldn't stop filling and flooded the bathroom!! We were offered a move, but not an upgrade ( our fellow travellers got that!!). We decided it was too much hassle and the room was thoroughly cleaned. They might have cancelled the $19 charge for the adaptor we used from the minibar as a goodwill gesture.... That aside, I'd recommend the Belleclaire, especially if you're after character and a move away from corporate hotel rooms.

Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Broadway gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, sauber, ideal um Manhattan zu entdecken.
