A Wonderful, Cozy Winter Stay in a True NYC Landmark! Rating: 5/5 Stars We stayed at the Hotel Belleclaire in February 2026, and it completely exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an authentic New York experience away from the frantic pace of Midtown and Times Square, this historic 1903 building on the Upper West Side is the place to be. From the moment we walked in, the service stood out. The front desk team greeted us warmly and made check-in an absolute breeze. Our room was impeccably clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet given the city location, featuring comfortable beds and a classic boutique aesthetic. The location is unbeatable—nestled on Broadway in a safe, residential neighborhood just a short walk to the subway express stations and Central Park. A major highlight was grabbing coffee and fresh pastries at the on-site Mille-Feuille French Bakery and Cafe. We cannot wait to return for our next trip to the city! We will always stay at Hotel Belleclaire!

Can’t wait to come back to Allure! Huge shoutout to Nikos and Victor at Allure in the Hotel Belleclaire for making our nights so memorable! Nikos is the heart of the bar—always cracking jokes, keeping the room smiling, and whipping up unbelievable cocktails. Victor is an absolute rockstar in the seating area, making sure every table is completely looked after without us having to lift a finger. They make you feel right at home while delivering 5-star service. Do yourself a favor and drop by!

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Belleclaire. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to get around the Upper West Side and the rest of Manhattan. The hotel has a lot of character, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay as well. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in New York City. I’d stay here again.

We had an issue that required two room changes but front desk staff tried their best to help, Maria especially was great. Overall we had a good stay in the hotel which is in a great location. Would recommend more soundproofing in the rooms/doors but you do need to take into account that it is an historic building with the pros and cons of that.
