Can’t wait to come back to Allure! Huge shoutout to Nikos and Victor at Allure in the Hotel Belleclaire for making our nights so memorable! Nikos is the heart of the bar—always cracking jokes, keeping the room smiling, and whipping up unbelievable cocktails. Victor is an absolute rockstar in the seating area, making sure every table is completely looked after without us having to lift a finger. They make you feel right at home while delivering 5-star service. Do yourself a favor and drop by!

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Belleclaire. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to get around the Upper West Side and the rest of Manhattan. The hotel has a lot of character, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay as well. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in New York City. I’d stay here again.

We had an issue that required two room changes but front desk staff tried their best to help, Maria especially was great. Overall we had a good stay in the hotel which is in a great location. Would recommend more soundproofing in the rooms/doors but you do need to take into account that it is an historic building with the pros and cons of that.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel mit wirklich äußerst nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Leider ist bei manchen Zimmern die Schalldämmung ungenügend. Da wir einen Wasserschaden hatten, mussten wir um 6 Uhr morgens die Zimmer wechseln. Daher können wir gut vergleichen. Im ersten Zimmer war es sehr laut, im zweiten Zimmer angenehm. Es wird pro Tag und Person ein 10$ Gutschein für das benachbarte Café bereitgestellt. Das fanden wir ein gutes System, da man flexibel ist. Mit 10$ muss man natürlich etwas zuzahlen, aber die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet. Wie schon beschrieben ist das Hotelpersonal wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Der Wasserschaden war zwar ärgerlich, aber es wurde uns schnell geholfen.
