Chenise made our stay PERFECT! We walked in by chance last minute at 6 pm because it looked like a beautiful hotel when we walked by. When we went inside I LOVED the smell. I would love to know what scent they use. Not only to Chenise give us a great deal but she upgraded us and gave us vouchers for the French bakery. Nice size room, super clean. Beautiful room!

My boyfriend and I booked a short city trip for his bday. This hotel was a reasonable price for the location and accessibility to the subway. After reading some of these reviews, I almost rebooked somewhere else but I'm so glad we didn't! The rooms were clean, simplistic, and nicely sized for the city. I saw some people complaining about the hard floors in the rooms, but honestly...its way more sanitary and the noise wasn't noticeable. There was a nice sized closet in our room and the bathroom and shower was quite large! To add, the cafe off the lobby of the hotel is amazing! The $10 breakfast voucher gets you pretty far too and the pastries were some of the best I've had in the US. My boyfriend had a lemon loaf, cookie, large coffee and I had an almond croissant and a large cappuccino - we owed $1.50 after each of our $10 vouchers. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they held our luggage for us after we checked out. That allowed us to spend an extra day in the city before we drove home after the show we saw. Will absolutely book here again for our future visits!

LOVED staying here! super friendly staff and very clean and welcoming atmosphere. my mom and i stayed here on a mother daughter trip and we loved it. the room was cozy and felt clean. the only thing that may be a downside is the bathroom is VERY tiny. like- comedically small. one person takes up the entire thing, but it was fine. the downstairs cafe and yummy and the location was great. felt very safe, clean, and cared for here. downstairs lobby also have a roomy clean restroom. i would 1000% stay here again
