Our experience at this hotel was simply wonderful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The service was excellent from start to finish. The location is also fantastic – just a couple of minutes’ walk from Central Park, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially want to thank Yelena, who stood out with her professionalism and genuine kindness. She made us feel so well taken care of and added a personal touch to our stay. Thanks to her, our visit was truly memorable. Highly recommended!
