Sehr nettes Personal und ...

Sehr nettes Personal und schöne und saubere Zimmer. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, hat aber dafür viel Stil und Charme. Die Wände sind etwas hellhöriger, aber mit den richtigen Nachbarn ist das kein Problem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man entgeht dem Trubel von der 6th und 5th Avenue komplett, ist aber aufgrund der guten Subway Anbindung direkt im Geschehen. Einfach super.

We arrived early after ...

We arrived early after a red eye flight and Benedict could tell that we were a couple of weary travelers. He managed to check us in early so we could recharge, and enjoy our 1st day in NYC!! If there were 6 stars for service he deserves it!!

Historic hotel that has been updated. Rooms are small, beware if you need alot of room. Overall, great experience!!!
