La localización es buena. El precio excesivamente caro para los servicios que ofrece. En las reservas indican que el desayuno está incluido y en realidad lo que te dan al llegar es un voucher de 10$ para un bakery cercano. Obvio 10$ en NYC no alcanza para desayunar ni de lejos!

It's OK. I enjoyed my stay, but there are some things you should know. The hotel is relatively expensive, but if you want to be on the Upper West Side, the location is fantastic. My room had a fridge and microwave (very nice), but many rooms don't, and it's a bit Spartan otherwise. Wifi is quite slow (about 14 Mbps). Breakfast consists of a $10/person voucher at the downstairs bakery, which is about enough for a mediocre pastry and coffee. (Be prepared to wait a while, too.) If you want a hot (or healthy) breakfast, you'll have to walk to a local diner. Fortunately there are lots of options. If you want to be on the UWS, are willing to pay extra for a fridge if necessary, and don't mind walking for breakfast, it's more like 4* and you'll be pretty happy.
