Naomi at the front ...

Naomi at the front desk is a ROCKSTAR! She was so kind and amazing my whole stay. The bakery was the best experience in New York! The smell every morning would lure me. The customer service was FANTASTIC and the variety of fresh baked yummy French pastries were DIVINE! The Bakery is a must have!

This is a great boutique hotel that is off the hustle and bustle of mid-town but close subway station to get to theatre district.

very clean and well-maintained ...

very clean and well-maintained lobby, hallways, and room. Nice and quiet. The hotel is a quick t walk from the Beacon Theatre. We are quite happy with this hotel.
