Riassumendo una recensione già scritta per booking, l'hotel è sufficiente. PRO: Personale gentilissimo e posizione rispetto a passeggiate/mezzi pubblici davvero ottima. CONTRO: Non pulitissimo (blatte, ed eravamo al 7 piano + umidità nel legno che è gonfio). Colazione preso una pasticceria a fianco che è sì buona, ma la scelta è limitata col voucher (torta limone/gocce cioccolato, brioches vuota/cioccolato + caffetteria + aranciata). Caldo asfissiante nelle camere. Ci hanno dato una camera in cui ci stavamo appena (2 letti 1 piazza e mezza in quattro adulti) Ma poiché New York è una città assurdamente cara, se riuscite per una volta a rinunciare all'idea dello sfarzo e della Spa, conviene decisamente risparmiare andando qui e vedersi qualche attrazione in più (che costano CARE)

Room 230 is not a room, it is a closet with a bed. Not viable. We could not bring our suit cases inside. This was a $400 a night closet. We had to move room and pay extra as there was no where to put any clothes. We are small people, and both of us could not fit comfortably with minimal luggage inside this room. Others in our party had the same issues. Front desk folks were amazing and moved us to a proper room, but the price is too high. No coffee machine. No water. No fridge. No breakfast included. Next time we will stay elsewhere. This was a family function so we even received a special rate!!

Very quiet and the service was excellent. The rooms are very small and there's not very many amenities though

Three stars doesn’t mean that it is a bad place at all. But the Grand Hyatt it is not. It is a very functional hotel with practical rooms and virtually no hotel services. Which can actually be a plus. There is no dining room, no food delivered to the rooms, very little communal sitting areas.you pay for your hotel room and the rest of the time you are out and about. The ratio price/quality is very good but just make sure you are not looking for a full concierge service hotel.
