What a cute little hotel! I had a great stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Benedict who greeted me my first evening and remembered my name during my stay. I was offered an umbrella when it was raining, and my requests for an extra pillow and blanket were handled quickly. I love, love the little french bakery Mille-feuille attached to the hotel. My stay came with a $10 coupon for breakfast -- great breakfast drinks and pastries. The amenities, toiletries etc were lovely, the bed and bedding was super comfortable. The place was nicely decorated -- a kind of serene simple Zen feeling, very clean. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Everything met our expectations. The location is perfect—situated in the Upper West Side, an interesting and quieter area away from hectic traffic and crowds. Our room (Premium King) was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were generally kind and helpful. Most of them greeted us with a smile, though there were a few exceptions. Breakfast at Mille-Feuille was decent, but the $10 per person allowance was often insufficient. Some of the items weren’t always freshly baked, but they were still tasty. The luggage storage service was extremely helpful, and the staff handling it were exceptionally polite and friendly. The hotel’s aesthetic was very pleasing, with a charming old-world feel that has been well preserved!

Lovely location right in Broadway. We loved the hotel, the staff and the cute French bakery where we got $10 complimentary per person. Shanies was awesome and helped us get a smooth checkin. That was helpful with two little kids. We got a lovely double room that was quite comfortable in the heart of NY NY. This hotel has easy cab & Uber access to most attractions inside the city. We decided on this hotel after finding many positive reviews on this hotel.
