Huge rooms for NYC. ...

Huge rooms for NYC. Modern inside. Wish they had coffee service in the room because we are up way before the in house bakery opens.

The Belleclaire is a ...

The Belleclaire is a wonderful hotel with helpful and kind staff who are keen to help make your stay enjoyable, answering questions, ideas and suggestions. The room and hotel is stylishly decorated and we enjoyed cocktails in the art deco style bar. The king size bed in our room was really comfortable even though our room was quite small - not a lot of room for large luggage too but nevermind. We were provided with $10 vouchers for our breakfast in the adjoining bakery called Millefeuille. The pastries are delicious but the queues are really long so expect to wait a while to be served at peak times (the staff are hard working and do their best to serve you quickly) - I think there could be a better way to provide breakfast to guests (pre orders for collection, for example). The hotel is about a 35 minute walk to Times Square. Central park is less than 10 minutes walk away which is nice for a morning run. Rubeni Ronin was courteous and helpful for our check out experience so I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again

Amazing staff! especially Joelle who took pictures for my fiancee' and I after we got engaged earlier that night, not only did she not mind taking pictures when we asked but she actually enjoyed it and kept suggesting poses and different areas of the lobby. She only makes the hotel worth staying at, not that the rest of the staff wasn't amazing she's just a cut above. So was Edward who helped us load up our luggage into our Uber the morning we left. The hotel also let us have an early check in which was amazing after our terrible issues with the American airlines and trying to get there. The hotel itself was beautiful, the room we had was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. It was a decent sized room, the bath water was hot and the ac worked great. What stuck out the most was how clean the room was. The hotel gives vouchers for the café that's attached to the hotel, it was a cute café with amazing pastry's and bread. The vouchers paid for everything with some to spare, my fiancee'said the macaroons were to die for and we took a six pack of them back home with us. There is a 24hr CVS that directly across the street which was nice as I was concerned with getting snacks and drinks when we arrived 😂. This was my first visit to NYC and for me the biggest take away our stay was how safe and comfortable I felt at the hotel and right ourside of it. I definitely would stay again and hopefully we will soon. Thank you again to the staff for making our trip special.
