What Guests are Saying About Hotel Belleclaire

I love staying on the UWS but have had bad luck with the limited hotel options--until now! I really enjoyed this little surprise of a place which features highly unusual things for NYC like an attentive and genuinely pleasant staff, very clean and simple yet well appointed rooms and premises that actually look like they do in the ads, and pricing that is actually quite sane. The location, of course, couldn't be better and the excellent little pâtisserie off the lobby is a huge bonus. The walls are a bit thin and I had to call down re late night noise a few times, but it was always addressed quickly. A pleasant surprise and it's good to know I now finally have a go-to on UWS where I know I will be comfortable, happy, and treated like they actually appreciate my business.

We stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely stay! The location is absolutely perfect and the view and room was fantastic! The only downside was that we had a connecting door to our neighboring room which made it super noisy at times - especially with having someone next door who played loud music at night. The staff was super helpful to resolve the situation but the door connection/ wall just didn’t provide proper noise protection.

Hotel was great, valet and parking not so much

Great location upprr West Side has beautiful buildings, places to eat near central park and aboiy 4pmin walk from hotel to times square, taxi expensive about $30 per ride to times sq. Rooms are spotless clean and very roomy oy critisism is no tea/coffee facilities in room and breakfast very limited from the next door bakery. Staff very friendly especially the Bellmen they were extremely helpful. Bar I the lobby decorated beautifully but closed alot so did not get to use it. Would definitely stay here again.
