Hotel ottimo all`arrivo personale molto simpatico e gentile tempo di attesa minimale servizio ottimo con camere pulite e spaziose lenzuola e coperte pulite cuscini molto comodi poi tutto controllato e ottimo per chi vuole spenddere una notta in un posto accogliente caldo pure wifi gratis!Consigliato.5 Stelle meritate!!!

Everything met our expectations. The location is perfect—situated in the Upper West Side, an interesting and quieter area away from hectic traffic and crowds. Our room (Premium King) was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were generally kind and helpful. Most of them greeted us with a smile, though there were a few exceptions. Breakfast at Mille-Feuille was decent, but the $10 per person allowance was often insufficient. Some of the items weren’t always freshly baked, but they were still tasty. The luggage storage service was extremely helpful, and the staff handling it were exceptionally polite and friendly. The hotel’s aesthetic was very pleasing, with a charming old-world feel that has been well preserved!

We stayed for one night since it was close to an event we were attending. Upon arrival we were greeted as if we were notable guests everything was flawless from arrival to departure. We also surprisingly ended up with one of the larger corner rooms overlooking Broadway. We already have plans if we need somewhere to stay in a pinch we'll be back!

Hotel muy bien situado a dos cuadras de Central Park, metro cercano, zona tranquila, hotel de época, habitaciones limpias, silenciosas, excelentes panes en Mille feuilles. Muy recomendable !
