Goed hotel met mooie, ...

Goed hotel met mooie, schone kamers. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Our room was clean ...

Our room was clean and a decent size. The bed was comfortable. The bakery attached is delicious! I wasn’t amazed by the staff checking us in, but a huge reason for my five stars were the people behind the scenes. We had an engineer come fix our door, it wasn’t locking, he was wonderful. The housekeeping staff was amazing and in my opinion went above and beyond. They folded our pajamas and even moved around a little stuffed animal one of our children packed for us to have on our weekend away. Location is great. We would stay here again.

Für einen Städtetrip also alles was man braucht.

We loved the exceptional ...

We loved the exceptional overall cleanliness of the hotel. The delightful entrance that always had an amazing smell. The lovely warm welcome and hassle free checking in upon arrival, and although I did not like the view from our room, the staff couldn't have been more helpful when they changed our room to a top floor room with a view. The hotel looks classy and has plenty of history attached to it, to which we found interesting. The room maids which attended to the room every day, made our visit very comfortable, with lovely bedding and fresh towels daily. A lovely lounge near to the reception area for guests to use. We also enjoyed the pastries and coffee for breakfast, all in with the price, from the adjoining Mille Feuille Bakery Cafe. There is also the Allure cocktail bar within the hotel The location for us was fantastic, 10 minute walk to the beautiful Central Park, 10 minute walk to the American Natural History Museum, also only a 5 minute walk to Subway 1 (red line) which takes you both uptown to Bronx and downtown to South Ferry, passing lots of stations leading to some of the main attractions. The concierge were fantastic, taking good care of our luggage on our day of checkout, and supplying umbrellas and ordering our cab to go back to JFK. The reception staff on the last day also charged our phones whilst waiting for the cab.
