Kamer was best ok, behalve de badkamer. Alles was zwaar opeen gepropt om het er toch maar in te krijgen. De wasbak en wastafel had zijn beste tijd al gehad, niet gemaakt op 2 personen met allebei een toiletzak. Bijna elke avond viel er wel iets in de wastafel. Service zeer goed, al was een eetvoucher van 10$ pp is toch wat aan de lage kant voor nyc en zeker al bekeken als inclusief ontbijt. Naar Europese normen is dit wat aan de lage kant. Locatie was wel zeer goed gelegen dichtbij een subway lijn.

Room 230 is not a room, it is a closet with a bed. Not viable. We could not bring our suit cases inside. This was a $400 a night closet. We had to move room and pay extra as there was no where to put any clothes. We are small people, and both of us could not fit comfortably with minimal luggage inside this room. Others in our party had the same issues. Front desk folks were amazing and moved us to a proper room, but the price is too high. No coffee machine. No water. No fridge. No breakfast included. Next time we will stay elsewhere. This was a family function so we even received a special rate!!
