העבירו אותנו מחדר זוגי קטן מאוד לחדר מרווח לנכים. בחדר נכים אין דלת למקלחת ולכן כל הרצפה נרטבת לאחר כל מקלחת. היה נכון להשאיר מגב בחדר שוברים למאפייה הצמודה היו שדרוג נהדר. היה חסר לנו מקרר קטן בחדר. שירות יוצא דופן של צוות הקבלה בפרט סידני ומארק.

Hotel perfetto e posizione ottima

Big shout out to the entire hotel staff. I stayed with you for two weeks in February and was shown every kindness. Any problem I had with my room was addressed as soon as possible.The weather even cooperated! Special thanks to Orlando at the reception and Justina in housekeeping. Staff and clientele were from all over the world. Some school groups as well. International vibe. It is one of the buildings in New York designed by Emery Roth over 100 years ago. Three star hotel rating,amazing location and excellent off season prices. This will be my new home in NYC during future visits. Big thank you to everyone.
