My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in the Hudson Loft over our anniversary. Benedict and Joelle went above and beyond to make the evening special after hearing we were celebrating. The room was clean and had an amazing shower.

This is my go-to hotel in NYC after moving away - the Upper West Side is where you want to be! Tons of cute restaurants, shops, and easy access to transportation and Central Park. Don't do what the tourists do and stay in Times Square - stay where the real New Yorkers live and play. This trip started with the best check-in ever with Diamond and Benedict, who are truly the nicest and most efficient ever - immediately friendly and welcoming! So helpful with my early arrival. Great bakery where you get a $10 credit per day - enough for a drink or pastry, or pay a few bucks more and get both. Free waters in the room. I can't comment on the main restaurant, Allure, because I haven't tried it, but it's always busy at dinner time. Stay here - believe me - it's a great deal and one of the best locations in NYC!
