What a cute little hotel! I had a great stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Benedict who greeted me my first evening and remembered my name during my stay. I was offered an umbrella when it was raining, and my requests for an extra pillow and blanket were handled quickly. I love, love the little french bakery Mille-feuille attached to the hotel. My stay came with a $10 coupon for breakfast -- great breakfast drinks and pastries. The amenities, toiletries etc were lovely, the bed and bedding was super comfortable. The place was nicely decorated -- a kind of serene simple Zen feeling, very clean. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This is our favorite hotel in New York. Amazing location and really kind staff. 4 min walk to line 1 and really close to museum of natural history and and Central Park. Also, Maria, Benedict and Carlos were great!
