We stayed for a ...

We stayed for a night in a premium king room. While yes, it's pricey, the location can't be beat. The room itself was nice and spacious, and felt very clean. The bed was comfy. The hvac unit is easy to control and actually is very quiet! Hard to notice it's on - if you like using the room hvac as white noise, you won't be able to do that here! As we were on the 9th floor, traffic noise was minimal (and the room window is quite small). However, it is very easy to hear people from other rooms or the hallway - bring earplugs if this bothers you! The coupons for breakfast were a nice touch. The cafe attached to the hotel has great pastries! As a side note, the elevators are VERY small - if you're claustrophobic, I'd highly recommend asking for a lower floor and taking the stairs!

Writing on behalf of ...

Writing on behalf of my Dad, Francesco Amatulli: Service from JV and Veronica was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure myself and my wife enjoyed our stay. The rest of the staff were very attentive too, and we really liked this hotel. A big thank you!
