The Hotel Belleclaire is a true New York City treasure! We are so happy to have stayed there this past week, despite getting caught in a blizzard and having to extend our stay! This elegant, architectural gem of a property is centrally located on the Upper West Side. Fantastic neighborhood! The rooms are comfortable, airy, and beautifully appointed. The staff is outstanding! This team understands hospitality and graciousness like no other. Big kudos to Benedict, Maria, Sean, and everyone else whose names we (unfortunately) don't have. They've raised the bar on what it means to make guests feel special. And if you're going to be stranded in a blizzard, this is where you want to be stranded! We will most definitely return.

Clean and beds are comfy!

Moisture behind the bathroom tile had been accumulating from a slow grout failure for a long time. The damage to the wall framing behind the tile was more significant than the tile issue itself would have suggested. AAA addressed both the visible and the structural damage correctly.

This place is great. Everything from the start to finish was handled in the way to make you feel taken care of. But Naomi at the front desk won my heart and made this entire visit one of the best! Thank you guys, i will be back.
