All the staff was amazing, welcoming and friendly. Overall Belleclaire is in a great location and rooms were very clean. The only reason I give 3 stars vs 5 are: 1) Thin walls - You can hear everything and everybody 2) Locked Stairwell door going up - Card key did not work on stairs going up to rooms. There are 2 very small and slow elevators, so I wish we could use the stairwell to access the rooms vs waiting for the elevator 3) Breakfast voucher - the bakery next door which you get a breakfast voucher for has long lines and we waited 45 min in line to get a pastry and coffee, plus the voucher is worth $10 and the standard pastry and latte is $10.50, so you end up having to pay an additional 50 cents which is not a big deal, but annoying. 3) 2 of the 3 days we were there we did not get our room "freshened up". Normally not a huge deal but we had some trash (like pizza) that would have been nice to have been removed and not sit in the room for 2 days. With all that said, I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here, but you need to set some expectations.
