Wanted to take the time to make sure Francelle and Chris and the house keeping staff get the credit they deserve. Yes ! renovations are being done and the room we stayed at was not too spacious and I do know they have different options. It is NY architecture I can only assume. The overall experience ; thanks to the staff, the lobby atmosphere , and the little bakery/caffe made everyday of our stay with my partner a wonderful experience. We even had the good fortune of being close to most of the places we wanted to visit and we would definitely love to stay over again in the Future . Best Wishes; Luis and Sandra

Friendly and Welcoming Staff upon arrival. I’ve stayed here with my family for a week and we loved it and met nice people from foreign and international countries during our stay. Bakery for breakfast, affordable price and it’s delicious, brilliant. It’s a perfect location with a walking distance from the Shops and Transportation to go to the Tourist Attraction Spots in NYC easily. Hope to visit again either next year or in the future.
