This hotel is so special not because of it being central to just about everything and is incredibly clean but the staff is so helpful and kind. Shanies especially made my birthday trip one I could never forget. After I made a booking mistake she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. All I could do was hug her. If you happen to make a mistake and she helps you, she loves fall colored flowers! Thank you again Shanies!

My reservation was nowhere to be found when I arrived, took about an hour to sort it out. After my stay I needed a receipt which was supposed to be sent by email. 3 weeks later I wrote to emails asking for a receipt without any luck, until finally I had to go through my travel agency to retrieve it. Location is awesome

People were very nice and the breakfast cafe next door was great. Room was tiny and walls super thin (you could easily hear neighbors).

If you are looking for an authentic New York experience away from the frantic pace of Midtown and Times Square, this historic 1903 building on the Upper West Side is the place to be. From the moment we walked in, the service stood out. The front desk team greeted us warmly and made check-in an absolute breeze. Our room was impeccably clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet given the city location, featuring comfortable beds and a classic boutique aesthetic. The location is unbeatable—nestled on Broadway in a safe, residential neighborhood just a short walk to the subway express stations and Central Park. A major highlight was grabbing coffee and fresh pastries at the on-site Mille-Feuille French Bakery and Cafe. We cannot wait to return for our next trip to the city! We will always stay at Hotel Belleclaire!
