Three stars doesn't mean ...

Three stars doesn't mean that it is a bad place at all. But the Grand Hyatt it is not. It is a very functional hotel with practical rooms and virtually no hotel services. Which can actually be a plus. There is no dining room, no food delivered to the rooms, very little communal sitting areas.you pay for your hotel room and the rest of the time you are out and about. The ratio price/quality is very good but just make sure you are not looking for a full concierge service hotel

Room wasn't the cleanest ...

Room wasn't the cleanest there was dust all over the night stands. Other than that however, our stay was very good. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was perfect and never got cold. We stayed in the family room with a total of 6 adults. The room was a nice size especially with staying in the city. Other than the dusty floors and night stands that looked as if they hasn't been cleaned in months (LOL) I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price is affordable for staying in the city! Very close to the subway and Central Park
