Très bon hôtel très très bien situé, chambre propre, personnel aimable et acceuillant, proche des transports en commun, de Central Park avec du coup une très grande facilité d'accès à toutes les activités alentours, proches de restaurant de qualité également, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas la possibilité de petit déjeuner sur place mais à la petite boulangerie située à côté qui n'ouvre pas tôt ou il y a souvent la file et pas beaucoup de place pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Dommage aussi pour la stabilité du Wifi qui n'est pas des plus performant nous étions déconnecté environ toutes les 10-15min.

Pequeño, limpio, acogedor. Repitire mi estadía allí si es necesario. No hay restaurante .

I’m a designer, so I pay close attention to detail, and I can be a bit picky about it because I pay for it. This hotel is charming and beautifully designed; I noticed the architecture from the outside and immediately knew it would be good. Naomi at the front desk was amazing, professional, welcoming, and great at her job. The room is clean, stylish, and well put together, and even the elevator feels safer and better maintained than nearby hotels. One thing to note: the experience at the Allure Bar could be improved, the bartender wasn’t very friendly. I understand this is New York, but I’m from here too, and I still expect a certain level of service. Victor, however, was excellent, professional and genuinely great. If you’re looking for an elegant, classy hotel with strong design and great value, this is a solid choice. Done and done.

Excellent Location with a lot of shops, restaurants and stores around. 2 Nearby Metro Stations. Room Size is deceent compared to other hotels of the same tier, cozy and practical. however on booking.com they mentioned that the room has an iron which was not there. on the first day of check-in there were 2 complementary bottles of water which were not replenished on the following days although i have extended my booking couple of times. Staff in general are nice and helpful.
