Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal. Nettes kleines Hotel. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Klein aber fein. Wir waren zu viert und lebten aus dem Koffer weil es nur eine Mini Kommode gab. Das war etwas schade.

Quaint hotel, food options not great, they give you vouchers for bakery that is not really a breakfast. Rooms are nice, clean, bed comfortable and shower nice. There is a gym that I didn't visit this time.

We had a great time during our stay, the staff is very efficient and friendly. We had an issue with one of the guests and they handled it very well. The rooms were very clean and the daily cleaning was done very well. They are punctual when it comes to delivering the rooms. The location is perfect if you’re planning on visiting the Met or Central Park as they are very close to the hotel. It is located in a very central area, there’s a lot of restaurants and shops around. The walls are a bit thin, but overall we had a nice stay.
