Nice hotel but they had a problem with one elevator for days and it made extremely hard to go down or up the hotel. The gym is good. Breakfast is good as well but it would be great if they offer salad options, not just sweet bakery stuff.

My stay was so amazing. One of the nicest hotels in NYC. Staff is so caring and nice, room service checked up on me at least twice a day. Refilling my towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. Beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing and the bakery down stairs is out of this world. You get a $10 voucher per person per day. Covering at-least a croissant of your choice & a coffee which is perfect for me. They’re is also a doorman and the lobby is always so clean.

What a great little hotel! Hotel Belleclaire was booked for us by a friend. I'm normally a Hilton girl, but I'm so glad our friend booked this boutique hotel for us. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect for exploring the Upper West Side. It's also super close to the subway station so it makes it easy to get around the city if you need to.
