The room I was staying was odd shaped and I had anxiety trying to navigate through the room. The staff are awesome. Especially the person that greets you. I forgot his name. But he such an amazing person. He has awesome energy.

Rooms are tiny and plain so make sure you choose cheaper dates. No fridge or coffee. At full price it would disappoint. Breakfast is French bakery only.. once you know that it is nice! "Included" meand a 10$ voucher.

My husband and I stayed here on a recent visit to NYC. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Central Park, train stations, and many of the museums. There is no restaurant or bar onsite but they do give you daily $10 vouchers (1 pp) to the French Bakery just next door, which was divine. Loads of restaurants one street over. It’s an older hotel in a beautiful building that is under renovation right now. Our window had a view of work scaffolding, although we never heard or saw any of the work going on. Room was small but clean and well-kept. Staff was helpful and attentive. They do have a good car service available through the front desk but it’s expensive.

Preis Leistung für New York durchaus in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn und Central Park in kurzer Gehweite. Personal sehr nett. Das nicht abfließende Wasser in der Dusche wurde prompt repariert. Einzig wirklich störend die Zimmertüren die mit einem Karacho zufallen und man somit ständig geweckt wird.
