Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’hôtel Belleclaire. Tout le personnel est très accueillant mais nous avons été touchés par la gentillesse et le professionnalisme d’Edward. Merci. L’hôtel est très bien placé, nous n’avons pas pris le taxi une seule fois. Nous espérons revenir un jour ☺️

The hotel was charming and the rooms were decent size. Biggest closet I’ve ever seen in a hotel! The water in the shower never got hot, but the sink did. The ac/heater also did not work but it was a decent weather so it wasn’t too uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Fiquei no quarto 302. Embora de andar baixo e de frente para a avenida, o quarto era extremamente silencioso. Era possível deixar o quarto em um escuro intenso de noite, o que foi perfeito para dormir. Mas o que mais me impactou foram a cama e os travesseiros: maravilhosos, divinos. Procurei até no website do fabricante para tentar comprar iguais. Só sei que são de duas marcas: downetc e carpenter. Mas não consegui descobrir os modelos. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas a fila é imensa em dezembro quando fui e não há mesas e cadeiras suficientes para sentar. O jeito é comer em pé. O atendimento na recepção é bom. Fui erroneamente alocada em um quarto sem vista para cidade e em um andar com obra (incluindo cheiro de tinta e barulho embora eu tivesse textualmente solicitado quarto silencioso e para pessoa alérgica assim que fiz a reserva, 8 meses antes), mas em 1 dia o erro foi consertado. Uma compra que fiz na AMAZON também foi perdida, mas não posso afirmar se foi culpa da entrega ou do hotel. O quarto não possuía frigobar (poderia ser solicitado ao custo de 30 dólares por dia), a internet é super instável e é extremamente pequeno (a ponto de não haver espaço no chão para fazer yoga) e apresentava um vazamento insistente de água do chuveiro para o restante do banheiro, mas o silêncio, o colchão e os travesseiros compensaram qualquer problema. A localização do hotel é perfeita. E eu me hospedaria nele novamente.

We love this hotel and have stayed here twice. Last summer it was amazing! The staff at the front and the doorman were so welcoming and friendly every time we left or came back. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. We couldn’t wait to stay again. This summer we stayed for almost two weeks and it cost a fortune!! The staff at the front rarely greets the guests, never looking up from the computers. Every so often there is a super nice doorman but most of the time, nobody. There may or may not be housekeeping. We have so much trash piled up in our trashcans and have had to call down for TP twice because housekeeping keeps skipping our room. As much as we payed, this hotel should be top notch!! 😕 It has not at all been the same experience as last year. The bakery downstairs is really great and the location is perfect! We will probably look for a more affordable place next time, one where we don’t have to go to the fitness center to use the bathroom! 😝
