Very cool location on ...

Very cool location on Broadway. Neat and clean and staff were very engaging and prompt. I even left my expensive headphones in my room and the Director of Housekeeping (Elisia Bennett) personally sent them back to me....it took a chunk out of her day to do that. Wonderful customer service. Thank you.

Preis Leistung für New York durchaus in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, U-Bahn und Central Park in kurzer Gehweite. Personal sehr nett. Das nicht abfließende Wasser in der Dusche wurde prompt repariert. Einzig wirklich störend die Zimmertüren die mit einem Karacho zufallen und man somit ständig geweckt wird.

Love, love, love this ...

Love, love, love this hotel! Great location, clean, friendly staff, good value, excellent French bakery. I'd stay there again without a doubt.
