Had a nice 4-night stay here with our 5-year-old. The hotel was clean and well-kept. The king room was surprisingly large for NYC. The neighborhood was great. Would have liked more food options. The breakfast had tasty pastries but no protein.

What a cute little hotel! I had a great stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Benedict who greeted me my first evening and remembered my name during my stay. I was offered an umbrella when it was raining, and my requests for an extra pillow and blanket were handled quickly. I love, love the little french bakery Mille-feuille attached to the hotel. My stay came with a $10 coupon for breakfast -- great breakfast drinks and pastries. The amenities, toiletries etc were lovely, the bed and bedding was super comfortable. The place was nicely decorated -- a kind of serene simple Zen feeling, very clean. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Como crítica constructiva diré: 1- el wifi del hotel se desconectaba todo el rato , no funcionaba bien. 2- la nevera en la habitación debería estar incluida en el precio en cualquier categoría de habitación y no pagando un extra, ya que además es un hotel donde no ofrecen servicio de comida ni cena , en la mayoría de hoteles hay nevera y también microondas en todas las categorías de habitaciones. Como punto positivo diré que esta situado en un barrio con muchas tiendas de comida y farmacias y restaurantes. - la cama muy cómoda y hotel tranquilo. Advertencia: al final del hospedaje cobran tasas de facilily fee, por 8 noches me cobraron 192,72€
