The staff were super nice and accommodating. The room was fine. It's small but functional. If we could find another good deal here, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

My stay was so ...

My stay was so amazing. One of the nicest hotels in NYC. Staff is so caring and nice, room service checked up on me at least twice a day. Refilling my towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. Beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing and the bakery down stairs is out of this world. You get a $10 voucher per person per day. Covering at-least a croissant of your choice & a coffee which is perfect for me. They’re is also a doorman and the lobby is always so clean.

Great personnel, well located ...

Great personnel, well located in the upper East side. There is a coffee shop in the entrance. A hotel with history of movie filming there.
