We loved our stay ...

We loved our stay at Hotel Belleclaire!! The service here is top notch. We checked in late (10pm) and Michael was wonderful at the desk. Sare met us at the car, loaded our bags, got us to our room and knew what we would need before we could ask (more towels and water). Francelle and Shanies at the front desk were very helpful during our stay. The staff is amazing. Breakfast vouchers for Mille Fuille (the bakery attached to the hotel) were given one for each of us per night of our stay. It was delicious and super easy. We were there over a holiday weekend, so a line could form for the bakery. Yet, the bakery knows how to move people through. Even if you don’t need the voucher for bfast, grab some macarons for later. Our room was clean. The water pressure was strong. Simply and tastefully decorated. The rooms are small, but that is expected for NYC. There were four of us in a double queen room and it was not a problem. The location in the Upper West Side is wonderful. CVS across the street for anything the hotel can’t provide. Very close to shopping on Columbus Ave. At night, there was not a lot of city noise. We loved Hotel Belleclaire and would love to stay here again.

A nice hotel to ...

A nice hotel to stay in. It is a historic hotel with narrow corridors and small bathrooms. The room itself is a good size. The service is exceptional and friendly. The bakery downstairs is absolutely delightful. The location is great, close to the metro (subway) and Central Park and cruise port.
