What Guests are Saying About Hotel Belleclaire

I frequently mention quality customer service is a thing of the past, but I was proven wrong at Hotel Belleclaire. My family and I had an amazing experience while lodging in the city for my birthday, and the service provided by Shanis (or Shanice/Shanise — apologies for not remembering the correct spelling of the name) left us mesmerized. Shanis was extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. This was my first time at Hotel Belleclaire but it certainly won't be the last all because of the 5-star treatment we received.

Fantastic is all respects. Beautiful building, clean, updated rooms. Nice bed and bathrooms. Nice staircases even for those that appreciate stairs over elevators (me!). Everyone was pleasant, professional and welcoming. Vouchers at mille-feuille will not go unused - a top notch little cafe/bakery. Easy walk to park (central or riverside), museums, restaurants, etc. Can't say enough.

Rooms can be small, but that’s New York. Great location. Favorite hotel to stay in while visiting NYC. Shout out to Benedict, who is always so welcoming & makes it special every time we visit!

Excellent, polite, helpful staff. Clean, cozy rooms. Walkable to several museums. Half hour from LaGuardia.
