I don't appreciate being given a room that is occupied. The door opened on to a room with other luggage in it.

Would like a coffee machine and refrigerator in room.

Location was great, safe neighbourhood, CVS across the street with many food options and the metro within walking distance. However, the toilet was small and had flies the whole time we were there. I killed at least 5, but gave up after awhile. When we were at the counter, we overheard one of the guests, and turns out they were given a key to an already occupied room. The staff showed no remorse or concern whatsoever. Room and service not worth the price for sure.
