We stay here often ...

We stay here often when traveling to NYC. The location is more "neighborhood" than the large hotels in the Times Sq area. Easy access to MTA @ 72 &79th St's. 3 blocks west of Central Park . Quiet and comfortable with friendly personal attention.

We had some special ...

We had some special request, so we thought that it’s impossible to do. And that was sad because the location of the hotel just perfect. Many thank to hotel manager David, who solved the situation perfectly and was kind. He made our staying in the hotel much more comfortable. The best problem-solver ever! Thank you, David!

This is a hidden ...

This is a hidden gem of a hotel in the Upper West Side. Have brought my 75 year old mother to this hotel the past two years and she absolutely loves it. Hotel has everything we need and they treat us so well. My Mom's favorite person is Benedict, one of the guest ambassadors (who stopped and talked to us on the street on his own time and offered up a great Broadway show suggestion which we appreciated) but all the staff were really nice and helpful. Doormen Edward and Mark treated us great as well. I had a knee injury during my stay and they made sure i was taken care of. The hotel gave us vouchers for a breakfast every morning in a quaint little pastry shop downstairs where we could sit and talk. Located on the Upper West Side it is close to Central Park and Hudson River walking paths as well as the 1, 2 and 3 train to get you anywhere in Manhattan in under 30 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything you need. Really nice brownstone neighborhoods allow you to walk around and really soak in life in New York. We will continue to come here in the future. The hotel really has been the key to two great trips with my Mom

Very well located on ...

Very well located on Broadway, near Central Park with many restaurants around and close to subway and busses. Very clean, even the corridors "breathe" cleanliness. Rooms are of a rather good size for a hotel in Manhattan. Beds are excellent. Service is impeccable with a special mention to the manager, Mr. Luidin De Los Santos who without any delay responded to our wishes in order to make our stay more pleasant. Breakfast is "Parisian" at the French pastry cafe "Millefeuille" Valet was swift on taking care of the car. "Allure" is not a restaurant, only a bar with a few small appetizers at hefty prices with a service which could be improved but as I said many restaurants around... Room prices are "reasonable", for Manhattan !
