Nice location and sweet hotel. However the walls are incredibly thin so in the morning all you can hear is doors slamming and staff talking. Not ideal for sleeping in! There is also nowhere to eat breakfast other than a small bakery which is very quickly filled in the morning. The hotel restaurant is owned by a third party so it’s not open until 4pm daily. Also not ideal from a dining perspective. An okay place to stay but don’t think I’d book again.

Excellent Stay at Hotel Belleclaire! I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Belleclaire. The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps away from the 1 subway line, which connects you to all the major tourist spots (and even the lesser-known gems) around Manhattan. You're also just a short walk from Central Park, ideal for a relaxing stroll or to kick off a day exploring the city. Despite being so close to the heart of Manhattan, the hotel is tucked away from the chaos, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Monia at the front desk—she was exceptionally welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. If you're looking for a well-located, quiet, and friendly place to stay in New York City, I highly recommend Hotel Belleclaire!

The staff here is above and beyond incredible. They put so much care into your stay and actually make it special! It was so clean, so classy, and coming into the sounds of smooth jazz at night and incredible pastries in the morning made it the nicest stay I’ve ever had anywhere!
