Tivemos vários problemas com o alarme de incêndio, o que não nos permitiu dormir em 2 das 6 noites contratadas, mesmo com um preço bem alto de hospedagem. O maior destaque positivo vai para o atendimento do recepcionista Sean, que sujeito agradável e simpático, nunca fui tão bem atendido em um hotel como fui pelo Sean. Esse rapaz merece virar gerente do hotel, de tão atencioso e simpático, além de prestativo! A nota baixa vai para o quarto, extremamente barulhento, isolamento acústico fraco, além do problema do alarme de incêndio sem qualquer reparação pelo gerente Benedict. Parabéns ao Sean, obrigado.

Honestly this place isn't all that! The room was smaller then my daughter bedroom back home! The queen was horrible, but the pillow was super soft and comfortable. Floor was messed up, thought i was going to fall through. I was awaken by other guests arriving. Which super made me mad!! Location is ok, but im sure there are better hotels near by. Hotel gives guest 10. Credit to bakery next door. Will not return.

Hotel Belleclaire is easy to find and a short walk from the subway, it's in a residential neighbourhood away from the bustle of central Manhattan. The staff were extremely helpful, Shanice at check-in is a gem thanks for your help with the room change. Sean the manager was fantastic and patient with a very specific request that I needed urgent assistance with post check out. The rooms are nice and clean, there isn't a minifridge and that's the only downside.

This is a true gem in a great location on the Upper West Side! Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
